JUMO has been an owner-operated family company since it was founded in 1948. The General Partners Bernhard Juchheim and his son Michael, together with the Chief Executive Officers Dimitrios Charisiadis and Steffen Hoßfeld, continue with what already counted for the founder Moritz Juchheim: people, values, and innovations.

Management has now been building on these values for over 70 years. It knows that good leadership along with innovative solutions for customers are the most important building blocks for a successful company. In addition to sustainable corporate management, to which the Chief Executive Officers are committed, they jointly assume responsibility for the strategic further development of the corporate group.
