The JUMO FOODtemp steam-tight insertion probe can be used to reliably measure the core temperature of the broth at several measuring points. This RTD temperature probe is pressure resistant and has a high degree of mechanical strength. The probe is equipped with a Pt100 sensor, is extremely stable over a long time, and is suitable for a wide measuring range.
